Refund policy
Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop accepts returns on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO RETURN NEW ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, you must provide photographic evidence demonstrating that the item is in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must present the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the reason for the return is our fault or you've received a defective product, Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop will assume full responsibility and cover the cost of the return freight.
If the product is being returned for any other reason, you may return the item at your own expense.
In both cases, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned product.
HOW TO RETURN USED ITEMS
If the product is not in the same condition as when you received, please contact us at proshop@localroute.com or call us at (727) 888-4420. For used products, a return amount will be decided based on the condition of the product. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return freight.
HOW TO REQUEST RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at proshop@localroute.com or call us at (727) 888-4420. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
There are always exceptions to the rule and we pride ourselves on exceptional service and customer service. The disc golf family and customers define our operation so we will work to accommodate every reasonable situation.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Local Route Disc Golf Pro Shop often utilizes stock images for product listings, so the variant you select may differ from the image shown. ...may have scuffs or minor scratches from being stored on a retail shelf but products are still brand new and unused.
